Teaching Assistant Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-quality teaching and student engagement. This role is key to the successful implementation of flexible learning programs, where subjects are offered with variable completion timelines.

You will assist senior faculty members in preparing, delivering, and assessing subjects, while also monitoring student progression, tracking assessments, maintaining compliance records, and reporting outcomes. This role combines teaching support with student engagement and operational responsibilities, designed for educators who want to contribute to dynamic, student-centred learning environments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, delivery, and assessment of classes, providing proactive academic support and guidance to students, monitoring assessment timelines and student progression, and maintaining accurate data records.

Key Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For
  • A relevant postgraduate qualification (Master's/MBA or discipline-specific).
  • Experience in academic support, tutoring, or postgraduate teaching.
  • Proven ability to manage complex administrative processes and detailed reporting.
  • Strong digital literacy, with advanced Excel skills and experience in Learning Management Systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support diverse learners.
