About the role

We're seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team as a Heavy Plant and Equipment Technician Trainee. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical principles and a genuine interest in heavy machinery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance and repair of heavy plant and equipment
  • Participation in both practical training and completion of theory-based study components from a Registered Training Organisation

The ideal candidate will be someone who is eager to learn, takes direction well, and shows initiative. A strong work ethic is essential, including being reliable, punctual, and honest.
