This is a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our staff, patients, and visitors. You will be responsible for managing and de-escalating incidents, working with healthcare staff, and responding to alarms.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and de-escalate incidents: Respond promptly and professionally to situations that require attention, using diplomacy and tact to resolve conflicts.
- Work with healthcare staff: Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective delivery of patient care.
- Respond to alarms: Quickly and efficiently respond to alarm signals, taking necessary action to maintain the safety and security of our staff, patients, and visitors.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Security Licence (Class 1A)
- Recent experience working in a Hospital Security or Health and Security Assistants role
- Ability and willingness to work shift work, unsupervised and part of a team
- Demonstrated sound, written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding and ability to maintain confidentiality principles
- Demonstrated understanding of Work Health & Safety requirements
- A current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel
