The role of Health and Security Assistant involves ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors in a hospital setting. The primary objective is to provide a conducive atmosphere where individuals can receive medical attention without undue risk or concern.
About the Role- A current NSW Security Industries License 1A is mandatory.
- Prior experience in the security industry is desirable but not essential for consideration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage aggressive incidents and respond to duress situations is crucial.
- The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills are required.
