We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Professional to join our team. The successful applicant will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors by managing and de-escalating incidents and aggressive or difficult consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and de-escalate incidents and aggressive or difficult consumers
  • Respond to alarms and supervise various units
  • Complete general duties as required

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, competency, and the ability to work professionally and harmoniously with an experienced and welcoming team.
