About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance and Reward Manager to join our team at Volvo Group. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation and benefits programs to drive business success and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global strategies, policies, and guidelines for compensation and benefits at a country level.
  • Manage the People Data & Insights Centre of Excellence to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and lead compensation and benefits programs that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the annualised salary review process and manage regular completion and review of job evaluations.
  • Represent the P&C brand with care, professionalism, and a customer service orientation.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of partnering with diverse stakeholders to achieve alignment and cohesion.
  • Strong understanding of organisational culture, leadership, reward & performance, and relevant systems.
  • Experience working in a global matrix organisation is highly advantageous.
