About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Performance & Reward function at Volvo Group. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global strategies, policies, and guidelines for compensation and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the People Data & Insights Centre of Excellence to provide data-driven insights to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in compensation and benefits programs.
  • Lead the annualized salary review process and manage regular completion and review of job evaluations.
  • Represent the Human Resources function with care, professionalism, and a customer service orientation.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of designing and leading compensation and benefits programs.
  • Strong understanding of organizational culture, leadership, reward, and performance.
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
