  • Organizing support to clients with disabilities and monitoring progress
  • Acknowledging client needs and resources for health, welfare, and other facilities and services
  • Maintaining accurate records according to industry standards
  • Reorganizing work priorities to meet fast-paced environment demands
  • Supporting clients to achieve their goals
  • Conducting Client Care Assessments and Care Planning
  • Supervising and managing support staff

This position requires:

  • Experience in assessing and planning care needs
  • Solid understanding of industry standards and regulations
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Hold current vaccinations
  • Be able to obtain necessary certifications and clearances
