Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise nightly hotel operations to ensure safety and security
  • Deliver continuous customer service throughout the evening, including check-ins, checkouts, and addressing guest inquiries
  • Supervise the reception desk and oversee night audit and reporting procedures
  • Uphold overnight property security standards
  • Assist in preparing for the daytime team's operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Night Audit and/or Accounts is highly valued
  • A positive demeanour and ability to work independently
  • A commitment to customer service and technical proficiency to execute nightly front office transaction audits
  • Quick thinking and customer-centric problem-solving skills
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate daily revenue capture and reporting
