Job Title: Global Operations Liaison

Role Overview:

Seeking a skilled professional to join our international operations team as a Global Operations Liaison.

The role involves coordinating the import process, managing delivery logistics, monitoring receivables, and resolving transaction issues.

Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with customs brokers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless shipment management.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, implementing solutions to drive business growth, and maintaining strong relationships within our global network.

Requirements:

Previous experience in import or export freight operations is essential, with CargoWise experience preferred. Strong commercial acumen, passion for international logistics, and excellent communication skills are highly valued.
