Exciting new opportunity in a Global company Location – Sydney, NSW Full time permanent position On job training, development and career progression The key responsibilities include but are not limited to The Medical Scientific Liaison will represent the Medical Department to provide scientific support to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in compliance with all policies, regulations and guidelines.
The MSL is responsible for providing fair balanced objective, scientific information and appropriate education to physicians and other HCPs for all marketed and investigational products and therapeutic areas.
The successful candidate will also serve as product/therapeutic area expert to internal business partners, ensuring that scientific and training requirements are adequately addressed.
The MSL is responsible for building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the relevant Therapeutic area, with the ability to identify and address scientific communication needs and stay abreast of current scientific trends and publications.
This is a role reporting to the Medical Director, and will works across several departments in the organisation, including Sales and Marketing.
To be successful in this role Degree in Pharmacy, health sciences or related-field with clinical experience desired Strong interest in medical affairs or pharmaceutical industry Strong scientific/technical/communication ability You are dedicated, self-motivated, proactive and enjoy working with a dynamic team You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of external and internal clients Attention to detail and ability to work across multiple projects Ability to manage time and prioritise work tasks to ensure deadlines are met Willingness to travel nationally up to 50% of the time Why Work for Us?
