We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Agricultural Sales and Service Representative to join our team at the Wongan Hills Branch.

About the Role:

  • Sell and promote new and used small agricultural and turf equipment, parts, and accessories to ensure optimal sales growth.
  • Promote excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure accurate stocking, preparation, and maintenance of merchandise displays to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge, features, and benefits of consumer equipment to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Participate actively in promoting AFGRI Equipment and our products to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the parts database and price lists.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working varied hours, including Saturdays as required.

About You:

  • Proven experience in retail parts and sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with agricultural and farming machinery, operational practices, and relevant regulations is highly valued.
  • Exceptional customer and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in using database applications and Microsoft Office to efficiently manage tasks.
  • Possess a genuine passion for teamwork and delivering exceptional service.
