About The Role

Your background in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles will serve as a strong foundation for this position. You will leverage your social skills to deliver outstanding customer service and administrative tasks such as payroll, rostering, managing liquor inventory, and maintaining a well-organized store.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will focus on achieving store goals and driving sales growth. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills through product exposure and learning opportunities.

Requirements And Qualifications
  • Proven experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments
  • Excellent social skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong administrative skills including payroll, rostering, managing liquor inventory, and maintaining a well-organized store
  • Ability to meet KPIs and drive sales growth
  • Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain one
