Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Coffs Harbour.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Becoming part of a fun, close-knit team environment to ensure store success
  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers
  • Supporting all elements of store operations, including processing transactions, visual merchandising, stock replenishment/deliveries
  • Providing exceptional customer service to deliver an amazing in-store experience
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and serve customers, responding to their queries and providing solutions to meet their needs
  2. Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  3. Maintain a clean and presentable store environment
  4. Assist with visual merchandising and stock replenishment tasks
Requirements:
