Key Responsibilities
  • To prepare and review financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian accounting standards.
  • Lease, inventory and fixed asset management responsibilities.
  • Efficient month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes management.
  • Daily bank reconciliation including customer receipting and overall bank transactions posting.
  • Inter-company accounting support including inter-company recharging and month end reconciliation.
  • Statutory audit and annual tax filing facilitation.
  • Process improvement identification and implementation for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.

 

The Ideal Candidate

A degree in Accounting or Finance is required along with CPA or CA qualification. Strong technical accounting skills and prior experience at a similar level preferably with a global organization are necessary. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills are also required. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders are essential.
