**Bartender / Cocktail Specialist - Full Time**
**Location**: Avalon Beach, NSW
**Start Date**: Opening Soon

We're launching a brand-new Indian restaurant in the heart of Avalon Beach and are looking for a talented **Bartender / Cocktail Specialist** to join our opening team full-time.

**About the Role**:
You'll be creating a unique and exciting drinks experience for our guests, from classic cocktails to signature creations inspired by Indian flavours, while also serving beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to a high standard
- Develop and showcase signature drinks to complement our Indian menu
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender or cocktail mixologist (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, garnishes, and presentation
- RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol) - required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Creative flair and a passion for mixology
