We are seeking a dedicated support worker to join our team. As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plans. This may include assisting clients with daily living activities, such as eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming. You will also provide transportation assistance to clients and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' care plans and progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide individualized support to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  2. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
  3. Offer transportation assistance to clients and facilitate social connections.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' care plans and progress.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other members of the care team.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of high school or equivalent education.
  2. Certificate 2 or 4 in individual support or willingness to work towards completion.
  3. Lived experience or paid experience working with people with disabilities.
  4. Strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines.
  5. Ability to work with a diverse client base considering different support needs based on abilities, cultural backgrounds, and language requirements.
