Job Description

This is a newly created role at a leading vendor in the KYC and GRC space, which has experienced 25-30% YoY growth for the past three years.

The company has a unique opportunity to help build the partner ecosystem in Australia and New Zealand from the ground up.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying profitable new business partnerships - integration and white label technology Partners, ISV's, specialist AML and Data Consultancies and Service Providers.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, onboarding and enabling Channel, Alliance and Integration Partners.
  • Understanding the partner's business thoroughly, including specific market opportunity with assigned technology partners.
  • Creating a valid business plan with assigned Partners, executing this throughout the fiscal year to meet its objectives.
  • Working in conjunction with the Company's direct sales teams - Enterprise and Mid Market - and attending End User sales appointments with designated Partners.
  • Driving partners to build a strong pipeline based on new business creation.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with partners at all levels and recruiting new resellers.
  • Providing sales/marketing campaign support to resellers.
  • Educating and training assigned channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Channel or Alliances Management.
  • Proven experience of developing a successful Partner program to include partner recruitment and enablement.
  • Experience in working at all levels within a Partner from senior management through to sales and IT for integration purposes.
  • A background in working for a Data, Data Security, GRC or Fintech vendor/solutions provider is preferred.
  • A growth mindset, results-oriented and action-driven.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a virtual team environment.
  • Williness to travel - this is an ANZ-focused role.

This role would best suit a Senior Partnership Manager who has successfully identified and onboarded Integration Technology Partners, ISV's & Data Consultancies.
