Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Corporate Development Analyst to join our high-performing team in Sydney. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and provides unique opportunities to contribute to the company's strategic growth agenda.

You will play a key role in supporting M&A, fundraising, strategy, and other corporate initiatives that drive long-term value creation.

This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to make an impact from day 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support strategic projects including M&A, capital raising, partnerships, and new market entry
  • Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and scenario analysis to inform decision-making
  • Research and analyse industry trends, competitors, and investment opportunities
  • Prepare Board and investor presentations, pitch materials, and business cases
  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Product to deliver insights and support execution
The Ideal Candidate
  • 2-3 years' experience in Big 4 valuations/modelling/advisory, investment banking, corporate development or deal-related fields.
  • Strong financial modelling capability is fundamental for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a growth-stage business.
