Job Overview

This pivotal finance role is not your typical finance job. As the central connection point in daily financial operations, you will ensure informed decision-making and payments across the business.

You will be responsible for gathering and interpreting information, managing liquidity risk, and building robust partnerships across departments including Sales Support, Treasury, Tax, Reporting, Accounts Receivable, Operations, and Collections.

This position balances daily transactional responsibilities with strategic process development, offering long-term opportunities to shape the Accounts Payable function into a resilient and adaptable cornerstone of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Streamline existing payable processes to reduce manual intervention and automate payments with minimal effort.
  • Process batch payments to vendors, suppliers, and financial institutions using online banking systems.
  • Monitor and maintain daily liquidity across multiple entities.
  • Timely process and payment of supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding to appropriate accounts.
  • Support the timely completion of month-end close documentation, investigating data and identifying anomalies, and collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Ensure and enhance internal controls in the Finance department, involving controls testing under a global framework.
  • Work closely with other Finance team members and be flexible to step outside regular day-to-day responsibilities when required for special projects or team member absences.
