We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.


Job Description

As a Finance Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality accounting, reporting, and tax compliance services to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Accounting and tax compliance knowledge including bookkeeping, reconciliations, management accounting, reporting, and tax compliance
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience or exposure to cloud accounting platforms, automation, and AI tools
  • Curiosity to learn and evolve professional skills including through the use of technology and process improvement
