We are seeking an experienced conveyancing paralegal to join our Brisbane office on a permanent full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to work with a large and supportive team of high-performing paralegals, dedicated lawyers, senior lawyers, and team administrators and registration clerks.
The Conveyancing Team provides advice on matters including the sale, purchase, and ownership of retirement villages in Queensland.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-volume and high-quality work, providing exceptional client service skills and responsiveness, and contributing to process improvement and systems.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- At least 12 months of conveyancing experience
- An interest in developing your conveyancing skills to include different tenure types in most Australian jurisdictions
- A keen eye for detail and exceptional time management and organisational skills
- An ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- An interest in contributing to process improvement and systems
