A reputable General Practice Law Firm is seeking skilled Conveyancers and Property Paralegals for positions across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Logan, and North Lakes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work with experienced professionals, with potential for future management roles within the firm. Experience with LEAP and PEXA Settlements is preferred.

Position Details: As a Senior Conveyancer , you will be responsible for managing your own files from start to finish and will report directly to the Principal. These full-time roles are based in Brisbane CBD, Logan, North Lakes, and the Gold Coast, with occasional travel between locations.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Run the files from start to finish

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Confidence in client communication and professional advice

Strong time management and file management skills

Proficiency with LEAP, PEXA, Microsoft Office, and research tools

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client service

Willingness to actively promote and market the firm's services

Experience in other areas of law is an advantage

Type: Full-time

Start Date: Immediate
