Bethanie is a leading not-for-profit aged care and retirement living provider, warmly welcoming and caring for seniors.

We are seeking two AN-ACC Specialists to join our Residential Operations team. This position includes a company vehicle for travel to our sites.

The AN-ACC Specialist will provide support to Residential facilities to optimise revenue through government subsidies.

  • Liaising with Facility Managers to ensure effective monitoring and optimisation of AN-ACC subsidies
  • Providing consultation and advice on subsidy administration and revenue optimisation
  • Reviewing residents' assessments and care plans for upcoming external AN-ACC assessments
  • Promoting compliance to Aged Care Act, including reviewing and recommending changes to systems and processes

To be successful, you must be a Registered Nurse with current registration, bringing a strong clinical background and skills in palliative care, dementia care, and/or post-acute care within an aged care environment.

You will have:

  • Knowledge of nursing assessment processes
  • Strong relationship building and networking skills
  • Proven skills in analysis, problem solving, negotiation, and critical thinking

Key Requirements:

  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse
