About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a senior clinician, you will be responsible for providing clinical assessment and intervention, case management and single session/brief therapy with children and young people experiencing emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties and their families.

Our services include comprehensive assessment, treatment and case management to infants, children, adolescents and young people up to the age of 25 years old presenting with behavioural, emotional, psychiatric or developmental difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing clinical assessment and intervention, case management and single session/brief therapy
  • Responsible for discipline-specific consultation and assessment to clients and clinical services internal and external to our organization

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Approved tertiary qualifications
  • Eligibility for registration with the relevant professional registering body (Nurses & Midwifery Board/Occupational Therapy Board/Psychology Board via AHPRA, or Speech Pathology Australia, or AASW)
  • Demonstrated capability in the provision of a full range of mental health interventions at a senior level
