The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering person-centred care, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of quality of life.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualised care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and preferences
- Provide high-quality care and support, adhering to best practice guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will possess a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification, along with previous experience working in an aged care facility. You will also have excellent communication skills, be able to build effective relationships, and work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary package, including excellent benefits such as Salary Packaging ($15,900) and Meals & Entertainment ($2,500).
