About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Strata Assistant to join our successful team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Strata Assistant, you will be supporting a Senior Strata Manager and will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including being the first point of contact for Executive Committees, Owners & Tenants, liaising with Owners Corporation as required, arranging quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required, preparing agendas and minutes for meetings, and risk & insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations).

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for all Executive Committees, Owners & Tenants
  • Liaise with Owners Corporation as required
  • Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
  • Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)
Requirements
  • Ideally have Real Estate or Strata experience or happy to consider people with administration experience in any industry
  • Well versed with StrataMaster is a plus - however not essential
  • Have a Certificate of Registration OR willing to obtain
  • Excellent communicator – both written & verbal
  • Strong administration skills
