Brisbane Export Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Export Team Leader to lead our Brisbane-based exports team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company.
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily export operations, liaising with clients, local and international offices, carriers, and suppliers. You will also be responsible for:
- Managing a team of two export operators
- Coordinating bookings with carriers
- Liaising with clients, lines, and overseas offices
- Maintaining end-of-month profitability
To succeed in this role, you will require strong freight forwarding experience, particularly in exports, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. Leadership experience is highly desirable, but not essential. If you have a passion for logistics and are looking for a challenging leadership position, we encourage you to apply.
