Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in the mining industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and building client relationships, expanding our market presence, and providing essential services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, and over the counter.
  • Service Key Accounts autonomously.
  • Source product to meet daily customer needs through our vast internal and external supply chain.
  • Utilize your experience to provide solutions for customers.
  • Understand customers' urgency, needs, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with Account managers and our Engineering Team to identify new account prospects and Engineering Solutions opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical aptitude with bearing and power transmission knowledge is desirable.
  • Good Customer service skills through proven work history.
  • Computer literate at an intermediate level.
  • Be willing to get roll your sleeves up, be a team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Have a great phone manner and a strong service ethic.
  • Solution-oriented approach to problems, we love helping customers.
  • An interest in technical/mechanical operations.
