Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance, advice, and support on strategic, industrial, functional, and operational influences.
- Assess and anticipate HR-related needs, including organizational development, talent management, staff development and learning, workforce relations, work health and safety, and HR reporting.
- Collaborate with the executive team to drive a culture of excellence and make informed decisions that align with SCECS priorities and values.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR leadership role.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR Management or similar.
- Experience in providing strategic leadership and expertise in growing P&C directives.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with others, gain respect, and credibility with all key stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of the Australian employment relations regulatory environment.
