We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People & Culture Manager to join our head office executive team and contribute to the growth of a workplace culture that is inviting, inclusive, safe, and inspiring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance, advice, and support on strategic, industrial, functional, and operational influences.
  • Assess and anticipate HR-related needs, including organizational development, talent management, staff development and learning, workforce relations, work health and safety, and HR reporting.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive a culture of excellence and make informed decisions that align with SCECS priorities and values.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR leadership role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR Management or similar.
  • Experience in providing strategic leadership and expertise in growing P&C directives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with others, gain respect, and credibility with all key stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of the Australian employment relations regulatory environment.
