Lead Accounts Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Administration Lead to oversee our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and accounts administration functions.

This is a leadership role with a strong operational focus, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and a great team culture.

About the Job
  • The successful candidate will lead and support the Accounts Supervisor and team.
  • Key responsibilities include ensuring AP/AR processes run smoothly, accurately and on time.
  • Prepare and organise financial information for senior management.
  • Set up new accounts so bookings auto-bill correctly and resolve escalations where billing is not automatic.
  • Work closely with stakeholders on new entity setup, including invoicing and reconciliations in Xero.
  • Maintain strong policies, procedures and controls across the accounts function.
  • Drive improvements in efficiency, accuracy and workflows.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in accounts administration or finance roles, with leadership responsibility.
  • Solid knowledge of AP/AR processes and pricing/invoicing structures.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively across all levels.
  • Xero experience (invoicing and reconciliations).
