Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reference Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and interpreting reference data for Equity and Funds securities across global markets.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill large amounts of varied information into specific takeaways. Proficiency in Bahasa (Indonesian + Malaysian) language is essential, while additional proficiency in any other Asian language is desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret reference data for multi-structure events/sub-processes with high complexity in either the primary market or the secondary market (but not both)
- Demonstrate familiarity with reference data products to support client challenges and resolve data problems
- Briefly work on the maintenance of reference data captured in alternate databases used to produce products
- Independently perform all assigned business processes completely and accurately
- Conduct user acceptance testing of new enhancements and bug fixes made to the database(s) of record
- Craft external-facing responses for clients submitting customer inquiries containing a meaningful, well-thought-out answer
- Identify trends and causation of inaccurate and/or incomplete data, staying current with regulatory initiatives and new financing techniques
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years corporate level experience, or 2+ years direct experience
- Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and high degree of demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate with others, as well as strong excel skills
