About the Role:This is a key role within our organization that requires an individual with strong organizational and administrative skills. The Site Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily site activities.
- Daily cost tracking of projects.
- Correlating documentation from projects and operators.
- Monitoring and maintaining site systems and documentation.
- Performing general reception and administrative duties.
- Maintaining stock levels of office supplies, PPE, and basic workshop consumables.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Current Driver's License and own mode of transport.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and self-motivated individual.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and general computer operations.
- Able to prioritize a changing schedule and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work effectively on your own and within a team.
- Extensive background in Microsoft Office.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Civil Construction project administration experience is advantageous.
