Job Overview:

The Surgical Education Specialist role at Stryker Group involves developing and delivering training programs to educate customers on the safe and effective use of our products and technologies. This includes creating robotic training activities and leading the development of regional training lab processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for customers, including online portals and in-person workshops.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business justifications for regional training labs and national programs.

  • Develop and manage customer online training resources, including post-course materials and launch support.

  • Lead the implementation of VR strategy across Marketing and Medical Education, aligning with U.S. and APAC vision and catering to AUS/NZ market needs.

  • Oversee the surgical virtual observation process for JR needs, ensuring alignment with Medical Education goals and technology.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and communication skills.

  • Experience in training and education, including content development.

  • Background in the medical device industry is preferred but not required.

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, nursing, physiotherapy, or other related specialties.
