We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our ProAct Assessor with various administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
About the Role:
- Assist the ProAct Assessor with equipment assessments, including logging serial numbers and recording the condition of items.
- Perform data entry and ensure accurate documentation of inspections and test results.
- Schedule and coordinate inspection appointments with clients and internal teams.
- Prepare and organize necessary paperwork for each assessment, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company procedures.
- Communicate with internal staff and external clients to gather relevant information and provide updates on the progress of assessments.
- Maintain and update records in internal databases, ensuring that all information is current and easily accessible.
- Support with general office duties such as filing and maintaining quality and safety compliance.
Requirements:
- A clear Drug & Alcohol Screening.
- A National Police Check.
- Vaccination Records.
