Independent Living Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Specialised Carer to join our team of dedicated professionals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential care to support older individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Assist with daily tasks such as showering, dressing, and light housekeeping.
- Offer transportation to appointments and assist with shopping, ensuring seamless access to vital services.
- Administer medication safely and effectively.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- You possess excellent communication skills and are able to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
- You have previous experience in aged or community care, or are eager to start your career in this field.
- You hold a valid Driver's Licence and have access to an insured, reliable vehicle (min. Third Party Property Insurance).
- Prior experience with Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is desirable.
- You are flexible and able to adapt to changing client needs.

- A competitive hourly rate of $30.42 to $33.15 plus 99c/km + paid travel time.
