Home Care Specialist

Providing practical care enables older people to live independently in their homes. As an Essential Care Specialist, you will support clients with daily tasks, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
This role involves providing personal care, such as assistance with showering and dressing, helping with meal preparation, light house cleaning, transportation to appointments, and medication management.
You must be patient, solutions-focused, and able to relate to people. Previous experience in aged or community care is desirable but not necessary. A valid Driver's Licence and access to an insured, reliable car are also required.
A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is preferred but we can provide training if needed. As an Essential Care Specialist, you will work flexibly to meet the changing needs of our home care clients.
What You'll Need- Patience and understanding when interacting with clients

- Valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable car
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (desired)
