Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will provide direct care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

You will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver person-centered support plans, focusing on empowerment, self-advocacy, and community participation. This includes supporting clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and mobility assistance, as well as facilitating social connections and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
