Maintenance Handyman/Woman

**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Handyman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for attending to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff, and others.

**About the Role**:

- You will work closely with our Community Manager to ensure that all maintenance tasks and projects are completed safely and on time.
- You will liaise directly with staff to ensure that all maintenance tasks undertaken are safe and timely.
- You will be an approachable and friendly face to the residents as you attend to projects around the community.
- You will complete ad-hoc tasks in line with your skills to ensure that the community is operating smoothly.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience in General Maintenance and Handyperson skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple requests
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Friendly person willing to go the extra mile for the residents
- Current COVID-19 vaccinations

**Other Information**:

- The successful applicant must complete a police check clearance and a pre-employment medical assessment prior to any employment offers being made. This will be at no cost to you.
- Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift, Fixed shift, Monday to Friday, Morning shift, No weekends
- Ability to commute/relocate: Ormiston, QLD 4160: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
