Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a challenging role that combines planning and analytical skills?

We are seeking a Maintenance Operations Planning Analyst to join our Aircraft Maintenance Support Services team in Oakey, Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the CH-47F (SG) Chinook aircraft with the Republic of Singapore Air Force.

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include providing planning support to Maintenance Operations Managers and Maintenance Coordinators. You will also be responsible for managing, controlling, and auditing aircraft maintenance data and data management systems.

Your tasks may include developing and implementing new policies and maintenance programs that enhance maintenance operations, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will provide support to the compilation and issuing of Work Orders and maintenance priorities to maintenance staff.

To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • A strong background and in-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience as a Maintenance Controller/Planner in an aircraft maintenance environment or similar role.
  • Familiarity with maintenance planning requirements and documentation, including the ability to manage and audit aircraft maintenance data.
  • Skills to develop and implement new policies and maintenance programs that enhance maintenance operations.
  • A strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Project.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Desirable: experience in Maintenance Requirements Determination (MRD), military helicopters, or Republic of Singapore Air Force aircraft maintenance documentation.
