Retail Operations Director

- Motivate the team to meet sales objectives and key performance indicators.
- Manage rosters, oversee back-of-house administration, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a fast-paced high-volume fashion retail store.
- Proven track record of managing medium to large teams in a dynamic retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and mentor team members to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to exceed sales, wages, and shrinkage targets.
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
- Experience managing large stock volumes and stock management systems.
