About the Role:

The right candidate will lead projects from feasibility to handover, dive into delivery detail, use their diverse sector experience to elevate project outcomes, implement proven tools, processes and systems to enhance capability, build trusted relationships through outcomes, not promises, and drive outcomes with energy and urgency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide PMs, Coordinators and Admin staff to maintain team morale and engagement across the delivery cycle.
  • Ensure project resourcing is aligned, efficient and proactive, and report regularly on team capacity and performance.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years in the construction industry.
  • 3–5 years client-side PM consulting experience.
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction, Project Management or related.
  • Current driver's licence and White Card.
