We are seeking an experienced and diligent Project Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the entire life cycle of each project across new large construction and fitout sectors.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in project management, with experience in large construction wayfinding and statutory packages. They will also possess a high level of understanding of the National Construction Code, as well as OHSE awareness and adherence.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Aconex, Procore and MS Office.
- Responsibilities:
- Development of project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Work closely with all relevant stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Ensure seamless project execution by effectively communicating to a team of designers, engineers, fabricators, and installers.
- Management of project budgets and expenses, and continued project auditing.
- Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and troubleshoot problems.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and conduct post-project reporting.
- Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a project manager role with large construction wayfinding and statutory packages.
- High level of understanding of the National Construction Code.
- High level of OHSE understanding and adherence.
- Proficient in understanding the engineering, manufacturing, and installation processes.
- Experience in supporting tender preparation and submission.
