We are seeking an experienced Delicatessen Manager to join our team at Coles. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our deli department, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of deli staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Monitor stock levels, rotation routines, waste, and quality control to minimize losses and optimize profits.

About You and Your Skills:
  • You have previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
