Role Overview

We're seeking a Delicatessen Associate to join our team in-store or as part of our delivery service. As a key member of our deli team, you'll be responsible for slicing, preparing, and serving meat, seafood, and cheese products safely. You'll also operate deli equipment and maintain a clean workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
• Be knowledgeable about our products and services to answer customer queries
• Maintain a high level of physical activity throughout your shift, including lifting and reaching
• Work flexible hours across our store trading days (including early mornings, evenings, and weekends)
• Handle meats and seafood (including cooked and raw) and clean preparation areas

Requirements:

• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• The availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
