Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you'll work closely with our Development and Sales Teams to deliver end-to-end solutions to our Local Government clients. Your expertise in property, rating, compliance, and licensing will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver ERP functionality, including property, rating, compliance, and licensing, customer experience, and portals, to Local Government clients
- Work with ERP project teams for the end-to-end delivery of solutions
- Collaborate with Development on consulting engagements, including upgrades and small product enhancements
- Provide onsite and remote user testing support and training (Metro and Interstate)
- Maintain documentation, such as release notes, user guides, and quick guides
- QA/Testing of applications
- Prior experience in working in local government systems is desirable but not mandatory
- Preferred experience using or implementing property and rating or local government compliance and licensing software
- Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, maintaining integrity at all times
- Understanding of the Government Sector would be beneficial but not mandatory
