About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Finance Director to lead our Oracle ERP implementation team at KPMG. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the business transformation agenda of our clients and delivering large-scale ERP enabled business transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Client Engagements: Collaborate with C-level client executives to develop and implement business transformation strategies enabled by Oracle ERP.
  • Programme Delivery: Oversee the delivery of complex Oracle ERP enabled business transformation programs, including system integrations and data migrations.
  • Business Development: Contribute to and present proposals for future work, and support the development of new business opportunities.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality reviews of in-flight programs to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
  • Industry Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of current cloud technology industry trends and their applications in finance.
  • Service Development: Support the development of our programme and project management tools and techniques.
  • People Development: Contribute to the global people agenda, including people management and mentoring.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Functional Lead or Architect in delivering successful ERP deployments across large enterprise clients.
  • Functional Expertise: Experience in delivering functional programs, including owning a business capability like Record to Report or Transact to Record.
  • Technical Skills: Technical expertise in approvals and workflow configuration, designing and configuring Security Roles, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Sets, Design Studio, and Personalization.
  • Industry Knowledge: A great understanding of finance processes and practices, and the ability to interpret these into functional requirements.
