Action on Poverty Drive Operational Excellence is seeking an experienced and purpose-driven Director of Global Operations to play a pivotal role in our mission: mobilising and collaborating with changemakers globally to eliminate poverty.

The successful candidate will drive financial, operational, and risk management excellence across a dynamic, multi-country organisation. This includes leading the development and implementation of strategic plans, managing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

As a key leader within Action on Poverty, you will work closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to ensure the organisation operates efficiently, sustainably, and innovatively. You will also be responsible for representing Action on Poverty in external forums, building relationships with institutional donors, regulatory bodies, and international partners.

We are looking for a strategic, solutions-focused leader with a strong background in operations and finance. The ideal candidate will have proven executive leadership experience in a not-for-profit or international development organisation, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with boards, donors, and international teams.
