Therapeutic Support Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Counsellor or Mental Health Social Worker to provide warm, responsive and evidence-based therapeutic support to children aged 3 to 16, helping them overcome social, emotional and behavioural challenges.

Your Mission: As a Therapeutic Support Specialist, you will work in partnership with families to achieve positive outcomes. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists and early intervention specialists.

Your Role:

  • Provide therapeutic interventions to promote healthy development and well-being in children.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each child and their family.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for children and their families.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
