Early Childhood Education Specialist Sydney

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Education Specialist to work with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III, Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care and at least one year of experience working with children in this age group.

As an Early Childhood Education Specialist with our organization, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that promotes children's development, creativity, and social skills. You will also be expected to foster strong relationships with families and communicate effectively with them about their child's progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging learning experiences for children aged 0-6
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and engage with them in their child's learning journey
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certificate III, Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • At least one year of experience working with children aged 0-6
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
